Place your sanding belt onto the drive wheel of the grinder. Place one skateboard wheel onto the main arm. Place another onto the pivot arm. Then wrap the belt around those to form a triangle with the belt. A flat surface for all of this will be helpful. Temporarily clamp the pivot arm to the main arm.
