So one way to lessen those problems is to utilize those plastic waste products, instead of dumping them, and make them reusable. In this experiment we will demonstrate how plastic waste can be used in making hollow blocks and bricks.
Hint: Use fine, dry sand. The best type is 'sharp sand' or 'construction sand' used for making concrete. Sieve the sand to remove small and large particles that can lead to pockets of air, or pores, in the finished tile.
